A Hhetsarro from Yok Tural that has long since abandoned living along the far western continent. At one point Tulliyolal was his home, but now he's spotted predominantly around Ul'dah. Not much is known about him but he is often spotted carrying a cane though, oddly, he does not seem to use it.
The most annoying thing about idiocy is that you can't explain it to an idiot.

background: Born in Yok Tural he spent the majority of his life studying alchemy in Tulliyolal. Despite most of his race braving the wild lands of Shaaloani he seems content to be engrossed in city life. He relentlessly pursued the art of Alchemy and offered aid to those in impoverished areas free of charge. Unfortunately kindness does not pay the bills and he found himself down on his luck. With the helpful intervention with a certain crime syndicate leader he swiftly found himself transitioning away from his homeland deep into the underbelly of Ul'dah. |
